Returns & Exchanges

We personally check over every item and hand pack all orders.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may exchange the product/s within 7 days of purchase/receiving goods for store credit (please keep in mind that the item must be un-used and in original condition that you received it in).

Unfortunatly we are unable to provide a full refund unless in the event of faulty/damaged products.

In the unlikely event please contact us and  send photos of damaged goods as soon as received so we can assist you further.
Postage costs for return items are at the expense of the customer (unless items are damaged).

Please make sure to order carefully as we are unable to cancel orders once payment has been processed.

We do not provide change of mind refunds.

Discounted/Sale items are final and can not be returned/exchanged/refunded under any circumstances.

If our returns policy requirements are not met, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
